How to obtain your Migration Certificate (from GU)
- Download the Migration Application, by clicking the download button at the bottom.
- Pay the fee of Rs. 1,700.00 (Seventeen Hundred) through SBI Collect.
- Submit the filled application form along with the copy of the SBI Collect Payment receipt, and the GU Registration Certificate in original to the following office.

- Your application form MUST accompany the GU Registration Certificate in original.
How to obtain transcript of marks?
- Login to your student portal (IUMS) at https://guportal.in.
- Go to Online Document Request from the left panel.
- Login with your student credentials and apply for your required transcript.
- Pay the required fee (through various online payment methods)
- Show your E-Payment receipt to the Systrem Officer to collect your transcript

How to obtain Original / Duplicate / Provisional Pass and Rank Certificates?
- Login to your student portal (IUMS) at https://guportal.in.
- Go to Online Document Request from the left panel.
- Login with your student credentials and apply for your required certificate.
- Pay the required fee (through various online payment methods)
- Visit the Certficate Branch with the E-Payment receipt to collect your certificate
- For any confusion (other than payment failure), please email to certificate@gauhati.ac.in.
